The Role
As a Customer Experience Project Manager at blithequark, you'll report to the Senior Manager Customer Experience Strategy and support various responsibilities reputed company the Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on overall program management and delivery of CX-focused technology improvements. You'll work closely with partner teams to coordinate projects, build and deliver presentations, manage timelines, and reputed company and support forums. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate tracking and measurement to deliver program recaps, reputed company efforts, and define success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and implement the Customer Experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements
- Coordinate projects across multiple partner teams, building and delivering presentations, managing timelines, and leading and supporting forums
- Work with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement to deliver program recaps, reputed company efforts, and define success metrics
- Engage with technology and digital professionals to represent Walt reputed company World site Customer Experience priorities
- Demonstrate deep expertise and constantly monitor the pulse of the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in guest experiences

Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Three (3)+ years of experience in project management and/or product development
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of partners from different backgrounds and functions

- Experience managing a large volume of reputed company work, prioritizing to ensure results are achieved

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or equivalent field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
