Job Description
As a Blended Support Team member, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple accounts, utilizing our guided process and CRM system (Frontline reputed company)
* Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions in our CRM system
* Resolving customer service needs reputed company and effectively, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
Required Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues reputed company
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and software, including our CRM system and other technical tools
