Position Overview We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Content Creator who’s not just here to reputed company videos — but to reputed company an impact.You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and producing short-form video content (primarily Reels and TikToks) that captures attention, drives engagement, and converts viewers into loyal customers. You’ll also track what works, analyze performance, and use that data to continuously improve our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Record engaging behind-the-scenes content in the bakery, showcasing products, process, and brand story.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay on top of reputed company trends, sounds, hooks, and editing styles to ensure content feels fresh and algorithm-friendly.
• Identify what makes videos go viral — hooks, captions, transitions, pacing, text overlays, and emotional triggers — and apply those learnings to future content.
• Create a content calendar and organize shoot days to maintain consistent posting.
• Track analytics across platforms and prepare performance reports that break down metrics such as reputed company, engagement reputed company, watch time, and conversion impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form video content for consumer brands (preferably food, lifestyle, or e-commerce). This could be from your own page or work done for another business.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, storytelling, and virality mechanics.
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, reputed company Premiere, or similar).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and reputed company data-driven creative decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable filming on-site in a bakery environment and directing occasional team/influencer videos.
