Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be working with a team of insurance professionals who handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound phone calls
- Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance

- Manage individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

Requirements
* High School Diploma
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Ability to pass a background reputed company
- Extensive reputed company Office or G-Suite experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
