About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing exceptional support to customers, guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses
- Promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of blithequark's software
- Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues reputed company to the blithequark platform
