Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst on our Japan Customer Service team, you'll work closely with program managers to analyze data, build inferences, and deliver compelling and actionable data insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing SQL queries to retrieve data involving reputed company business logics
• Building automated reports on reputed company & visualization tools
• Building and maintaining recurring metrics and reports
• reputed company data retrieval and analysis using relational databases, reputed company, and other data management systems to reputed company raw data and analyze it to reputed company insights to solve business problems
• Conducting deep dives to identify business performance trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities for reducing defects & costs, whilst maintaining high bar on Customer Experience
• Supporting program managers during large-scale feature, product, and business launches
• Planning and executing multiple projects, collaborating cross-functionally and geographically

A Day in the Life

As a Business Analyst, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to drive business growth. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

• Data Extraction: Bringing reputed company data in a clear & concise manner that will help drive business functions & decisions.
• Deep Dives: Conducting deep dives to identify customer pain points and potential solves for reducing concessions & defects, whilst maintaining high bar on Customer Experience.
• Dashboarding: Creating functional and effective dashboards to reputed company visibility into KPI's for concessions reduction & insight reputed company into new areas of opportunity across our various charters.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience with reputed company or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
• Experience with SQL
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical problems in simple, plain stories
• English level (Reading, writing, speaking); Japanese Business Level or higher (JLPT N1 or N2)
