As an Sr. Engineering Manager, you’ll join our engineering leadership team and manage // coordinate the entire software development process for your teams. Who You Are

The Hard Skills

• Educational background in CS // Engineering.

• Experience with various operating systems, development tools, and development methodologies including (reputed company Cloud Platform, Kubernetes reputed company, BigQuery, Git Workflows, CI/CD).

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership, especially in a remote work environment.

• 3-5+ years of engineering management experience leading data/infrastructure teams.

• Experience with Golang (Go), Relational Databases, reputed company Cloud Bigtable or similar NoSQL/column-family stores (e.g., Apache HBase, Cassandra).

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, consistency models, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in RESTful API design, GRPC, and message queue technologies (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka).

• Experience with GCP services (Bigtable, GKE, Cloud Functions, IAM, etc.).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,000 - $195,000 USD annually.
