Content Marketer

We're looking for a content marketer to reputed company our entire content and social strategy; someone who can own channels, create content, and invent new ways to grow our reputed company and impact. This is a rare opportunity to build at the intersection of product, community, and storytelling alongside a founder-led content team.

What you’ll do

• Own and execute our social media strategy across reputed company, Twitter/X, and more

• Collaborate directly with our founders (Bobby and Ben) to reputed company their voices and reputed company into content that resonates

• Support the First Operator newsletter with editing, formatting, and distribution

• Help create and distribute content that reaches early Finance hires, RevOps, and GTM leaders—Equals’ core audience

• Write and manage guides, blog posts, reputed company pages, and one-off campaigns (e.g. books, playbooks, launch pages)

• Work cross-functionally to support product launches, sales collateral, and community-building events

• Propose and test new creative formats—video, email series, workshops, memes—whatever helps us break through

• You get our audience: You understand startup operators, finance teams, and SaaS businesses—or you’re excited to learn fast.

• You think like a founder: You have strong opinions, big reputed company, and a willingness to get scrappy. You’re not waiting around to be told what to do.

• You’re a distribution thinker: You know how to grow an audience and get content in reputed company of the right people, not just publish and pray.

• You love working in-person: You’ll be a key part of our NYC-based team, brainstorming live, capturing reputed company from across the org, and keeping our content reputed company moving.
