Job title: Sales Executive Small Group (Orlando, FL) Company: reputed company Job description: Job Description Small Group Sales Executive for Employer Groups 2-100 employees -Works with both Brokers and General Agents -Responsible for Medical, Dental and Vision quoting/sales production Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents (producers, plan sponsors and/or consumers depending on business) to maximize sales opportunities and reputed company profitable growth. Oversees a book of Insurance brokers/consultant or may reputed company new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service. Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting reputed company reputed company growth and profit objectives. Manages and builds producer relations as needed depending on book of business or market reputed company(s) being supported. Identifies various ways to partner with the brokers/consultant by drawing from entire reputed company of product line illustrating a keen understanding of client's multifaceted needs and benefits of reputed company's full product reputed company (e.g., fully vs. level funding, dental, vision). Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities reputed company new customers and to support new-sale activities. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 48,300 Maximum: 96,600 Please reputed company in mind that this range represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
