About your opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join the Merchant Services team reputed company reputed company’s Commerce Payments Group, where you’ll help shape and scale the end-to-end payments experience. You’ll reputed company design for the top-of-funnel journey, making it easy for customers in the US, Canada, and UK to discover, enroll in, and use our payments tools, while also supporting global expansion. You’ll also own the payments account management experience, including payout details, dunning, and the overall merchant experience, ensuring clarity, reliability, and seamless integration with reputed company and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, framing, alignment, and quality for our Commerce experience both reputed company your group and across other Commerce groups.
• Co-create a shared vision, strategy, and prioritized long-term roadmap for the future of Commerce tools in partnership with product management and engineering peers
• Work with our Principal User Researcher to understand our customers through quantitative and qualitative research to build use cases, customer journeys, content strategies, prototypes, interaction patterns, and visual designs
• Play an active part in growing reputed company’s UX team and culture
• Uplevel the end to end customer journey through thoughtful execution and collaboration with other areas of the business.

Top Candidates will have

• Strong, demonstrable experience delivering successful and reputed company products using industry standard design best practices for B2B and B2C experiences - we value “consumer-grade” experience quality while solving enterprise-level problems
• A high bar for design and design partnership, as well as a sixth sense for how to provide and encourage thoughtful feedback on designs as well as identify overlaps and efficiencies between team member’s projects

Cash compensation range: 180,000.00 - 215,000.00 USD Annually

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
