Project Manager, Strategy & Alignment
Description The Project Manager II manage projects that are non-cyclical and varied, aligning with the project management life cycle (initiating/defining; planning; executing; reputed company-out) and supporting business priorities. May also reputed company some project work, such as research and analysis. At this level, manages projects to include those considered reputed company in nature with function-wide impact. Provides updates to manager and collaborates with manager regarding reputed company situations. Responsibilities:
- Manages projects to include those considered reputed company in nature with function-wide impact (e.g., strategically important, technical in nature, large budget, 12-month timeframe, etc.)
- Defines the business case with input from stakeholders. Identifies and gains agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.
- Plans activities/tasks that will deliver the desired results and oversees day-to-day work and monitoring of reputed company towards goals.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders reputed company and beyond the project team.
- Directs stakeholders towards reputed company points and typically gains buy-in of recommendations.
- Escalates and works to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or reputed company project objectives at risk.
- Identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options and influences recommended approach.
- In addition to project management, may also reputed company some of the work defined in the project roles and responsibilities.
- Performs project reputed company-out steps to include identifying lessons learned/best practices to inform the success of future projects.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
- Strong ability to manage reputed company aspects of the project management life cycle.
- Proficient with project management tools.
- Project management certification strongly preferred.
- Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
- Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
- Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to include project management work.
