What You’ll Do As part of our UX team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to understand user behavior and improve product experiences. Minimum Job Qualifications: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience Critical Skills & Experience: 7+ years of UX design experience focused on digital products. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Deep understanding of UX processes and research methods beyond usability testing. Proven ability to reputed company design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable giving and receiving design feedback.
