The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success, retention and expansion of reputed company Customers. The Account Manager will be expected to proactively reputed company out to customers in order to: guide reputed company and strategy, conduct recurring business reviews, identify up-sell opportunities, and manage customer renewals.

The Account Manager must be versatile as they'll interact with different customers at different levels every day while working closely with multiple different departments at reputed company. This position may require occasional travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community, to establish relationships with clients and to promote reputed company Inc. 

What you will do

• Own the overall post-launch relationship with reputed company customers

• Increase customer platform usage and adoption

• Ensure customer retention and contract renewal

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Up-sell and uncovering new reputed company opportunities

• reputed company, prepare, and nurture customers

• Work with customers to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals

• Manage customer escalations

reputed company are seeking

• 3-5 years of account management experience ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and expansion with at least 1 year reputed company a SaaS startup. Healthcare experience a plus

• Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations and negotiating successful resolutions

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Tech-savvy, familiarity with reputed company and G Suite tools a plus
