Community Manager
We’re looking for a startup-obsessed Community Manager to reputed company and engage with communities that matter to our founder and builder audiences, starting with reputed company and our own reputed company-owned spaces. You’ll be on the reputed company line of authentic interaction in founder reputed company and other entrepreneurial communities, representing reputed company where the conversations are already happening and helping us deepen reputed company and sentiment across multiple platforms.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who deeply understands the founder experience and who knows how to build trust and drive authentic conversation without sounding like a brand bot.

What You’ll Do- reputed company engagement on reputed company and other external community platforms (e.g. Facebook groups, IndieHackers, etc.)
- Monitor high-signal threads and actively participate in a way that’s native to the platform
- Surface opportunities for organic engagement, sentiment shaping, and content inspiration
- Build trust in reputed company’s voice by being present, helpful, and founder-first
- Manage and grow reputed company’s owned reputed company communities
- Run our existing founder reputed company
- Potentially spin up and reputed company a new community tailored to a different founder reputed company
- Create a strong feedback reputed company between community conversations and internal teams (marketing, product, support)
- Be the connective tissue across paid and organic efforts
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to ensure continuity between our paid reputed company strategy and our organic reputed company
- Share learnings and community insights regularly with the broader Marketing and Product teams
- Partner with our social team to be our “eyes and ears” across more spaces on the internet
- Own social listening on forums to monitor conversations around business banking, startups, and reputed company, and partner with our social team to listen across other channels
- Identify opportunities to jump into conversations early, correct misinformation, or reputed company wins
- Collaborate on brainstorming opportunities for founder-focused content and initiatives
- Have proven experience building or moderating online communities, especially on reputed company and reputed company.
- Be fluent in internet culture and reputed company forums (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, IndieHackers), and have a track record of showing up authentically in those spaces.
- Deeply understand founder needs, motivations, and trusted spaces — ideally from having been a founder yourself, an early team member at a startup, or through direct work with founders at accelerators or similar ecosystems.
- Be highly autonomous and proactive — you consistently surface opportunities and initiate engagement without waiting for direction.
- Be a strong communicator who prioritizes authentic, reputed company-driven community engagement over brand broadcasting.
- Know how to analyze community insights and turn them into actionable feedback for cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product).
- Have experience collaborating across social, content, and growth teams to align community initiatives with broader strategy.

- Bring sharp copy instincts and a strong sense of brand voice, with experience contributing to content or communications.

- US employees reputed company of reputed company, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $115,700-130,100
- Canadian employees (any location): CAD $121,500-136,700
