Outbound SDR / BDR – Remote, Full-Time (US Day Shift / Your Night Shift)

Job Summary We are hiring a full-time, remote Outbound SDR/BDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting. This position is reputed company with U.S. business hours, meaning you’ll work night shifts in your local timezone (Philippines or India preferred). You will reputed company senior IT decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 500+ outbound calls/day using reputed company CRM’s power dialer, which automates call connections for efficiency
- Send 400+ targeted cold emails/day reputed company reputed company Sequences and Bulk Emails
- Book baseline of 5–8 qualified meetings/week with CIOs, IT VPs, IT Directors and Senior Managers, and other decision-makers
- Personalize reputed company using reputed company automation and ChatGPT
- Update reputed company records and track engagement activities in reputed company.com
- Maintain accurate reputed company status, call outcomes, and meeting details in reputed company.com.
- Use Hubstaff to log time and ensure shift alignment
- Attend daily team reputed company-ins reputed company reputed company Teams and weekly reputed company meetings
- Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging strategy and targeting
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and contribute to sales pipeline growth
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in outbound SDR, BDR, or cold calling roles (B2B preferred)
- Fluent English speaker with confident phone communication and minimal accent
- Experience with reputed company CRM, reputed company, or other sales tools (or ability to learn fast)
- Comfortable working night shift/full-time remotely
- Familiarity and experience with time-tracking tools such as Hubstaff
- Strong organizational and self-starting skills, strong time management, and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, especially with AI tools like ChatGPT or reputed company
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet work environment, webcam

- Trial Day: $20 for a paid 4-hour shift
