Job Overview:
We are looking for an reputed company Senior Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our IT services, including human resources outsourcing and project outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate and reputed company deals with major enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and reputed company business opportunities in IT outsourcing, including workforce and project-based outsourcing services.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively reputed company new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Negotiation & Contract Management: reputed company commercial discussions, finalize reputed company, coordinate internal and external communications, and resolve issues during the collaboration process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with experience in IT service companies.
- Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a reputed company field.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and outsourcing industry.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and supplier onboarding processes.
- Existing local client network is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English, German, and Chinese (spoken & written).
