This may include attending offsite enrollment sessions or virtual meetings to explain and translate plan details alongside the CSA. • Member Guidance: Walk members through their enrollments, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. • Data Accuracy: Collaborate with the CSA team to ensure reputed company enrollment data is correctly entered into the Navigator system, guaranteeing the best member enrollment experience. • Data Reporting: Send daily, weekly, or other required data to CSAs, providing them with the information needed to communicate effectively with clients. • Process reputed company: Ensure the enrollment process is successful from start to finish, working closely with the CSA team. • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for members facing escalated problems or challenges.
