Job Summary The Sr. HR reputed company Payroll Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of the US payroll module in reputed company, with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the HR and Payroll teams to support reputed company improvement including supporting the bi-annual releases of the reputed company system.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for leading and facilitating the design and architecture of the payroll module(s) in the reputed company system including – state tax exceptions, creating and maintaining W2 configuration, earnings and deduction codes and calculation fields, banking information, and GL mapping and posting rules. Payroll setup configuration knowledge such as period schedules, pay groups, and run categories also required. Working knowledge of report writing, business processes, configurable reputed company, organizations, and calculated fields also a plus. Manage, reputed company, and consult with the functional teams including reputed company ties with integrations, benefits, time tracking, and absence to incorporate the requirements and processes reputed company the reputed company system. Provide technical leadership to the project team by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues. Review proposed changes to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement. Work closely with the System Integrator as well as other vendors that contribute to the overall HRIS application and infrastructure landscape, including managing escalations to management as appropriate Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Reviews feedback from stakeholders and implements solutions that work best for the team Identify GAPs in business requirements during early stages of the project Ensure there is proper documentation across the design that meets organization and audit guidelines Support the reputed company system by overseeing the configuration moves through the environments, scheduling of batch jobs and reports, and contributing to the maintenance of the reputed company system to ensure business continuity Routinely review, plan, and apply the reputed company releases and ensure the system is kept updated with both optional and required configuration updates. Education Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or IT reputed company field. The anticipated salary range for this position: $96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
