Vendor Manager, Finance Clinical Ops

Position Purpose: Manages reputed company party program relationships with delegation partners for performance management standards, financial responsibility and proactively implements appropriate business solutions as required. Acts as the critical link between our delegation partners and internal departments. As the company's operations representative, this position manages the facilitation from the initial launch of services through day-to-day interactions. • Provide direct account management responsibilities including scheduling regular meetings with delegated entities, agenda management, documentation and minutes. • Provide and share monthly SLA performance dashboards or reporting with delegated entity and address any issues in the performance of assigned SLA’s. • Maintains regular communications with leads at Delegated CM entity and works internally to communicate plan needs to Delegated CM entities. • Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly reputed company and involve reputed company of the Delegated Care Management entities. • Ensures that payments are accurate and timely for care management services rendered. Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration or reputed company field or equivalent experience • Five plus years of experience supporting working with Primary Care Providers, Account Management experience working in reputed company or reputed company field, reputed company to present to executive-level teams at the delegated entities Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
