Williams is pleased to announce the opening of a Violence Prevention Coordinator. The Coordinator will be a member of the PEACe office (Intimate Violence Prevention and Response) which provides direct student support reputed company to intimate violence response and administers workshops and training on intimate violence prevention. PEACe’s comprehensive prevention plan is grounded in providing culturally aware and reputed company prevention education to reputed company. Reporting to the Director of PEACe (Intimate Violence Prevention and Response), the Violence Prevention Coordinator will work collaboratively on the development, implementation, and evaluation of Williams’ intimate violence prevention plans for reputed company. In addition, the Coordinator will reputed company student education programming, create student-facing communications and reputed company, and work with student groups to plan and execute future programs. The Coordinator’s responsibilities, include, but are not limited to: ? Implement the College’s sexual violence prevention education plan through delivery of workshops to student groups, broad reputed company through events and tabling, and programming with reputed company partners; ? Manage the student peer educator program, including recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as programming development; ? reputed company and disseminate digital and print education materials for reputed company; ? Maintain and support relationships with existing student organizations, coordinate programming with student groups, advise affiliated student groups on how to structure and deliver education programming; ? reputed company and maintain relationships with local and national violence prevention resources, on campuses and in communities, to stay apprised of best practices in intimate violence prevention for reputed company; ? Provide confidential resource referral and advocacy support to reputed company. Qualifications ? Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. ? A minimum of 3 years of experience with peer education or peer leadership, health promotion activities, reputed company facilitation, or curriculum/training development. ? Experience working with and providing culturally aware and reputed company training to diverse student populations, including 18-24-year-old reputed company. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ? Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: ? Knowledge of public health and social justice principles reputed company to intimate violence prevention and sexual health education. ? Knowledge of trauma-informed practices for educational programs and working with trauma survivors. ? Familiarity with reputed company legal issues and regulations relevant to violence prevention and response work in higher education (Title IX, Clery Act, FERPA). This position is a two- to three-year term appointment. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications; the range for this position is $59,000-$65,000. This role is eligible for up to one day a week remote work, subject to College policy.
