Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist II to spearhead reputed company analytical challenges by leading and mentoring a talented team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists. This role demands the application of advanced coding and modeling expertise to generate critical outputs for various analytics initiatives. You will collaborate closely with project teams to advance big data analytics projects, ensuring the precise execution of intricate tasks while delivering invaluable insights and actionable recommendations to our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities Guide daily operations in partnership with case managers to transform analyses into influential findings and strategic recommendations. Supervise analytical workflows, promoting the standardization and enhancement of essential analytical project types. Provide mentorship and support to junior Data Analysts and Data Scientists, ensuring proficient project management and execution. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or reputed company the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sectors. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis utilizing SQL, Python, R, reputed company, and reputed company (including Power Query and VBA). Familiarity with statistical testing and machine learning methods, encompassing supervised/unsupervised learning and automation learning techniques.
