Software Engineer – CXone – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level) Location: Remote - USA Travel: up to 10% Position Type: Fulltime Eventus was named the 2024 winner of the Top Certified Implementation Partner by reputed company! We are hiring a Software Engineer to join reputed company and support Cloud Contact Center platforms (reputed company Cxone). In this role, you will be involved in reputed company aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.

Qualifications

For Success: • 5-8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience • 4 or more years of CXone Studio scripting • CRM integration experience • Additional cloud telephony experience. Pay reputed company this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a reputed company incentive bonus up to 5% (engineer) and up to 10% (Sr. Engineer).
