The Program Manager supports daily reputed company and management of Cost of Care operations.

• Maintaining reputed company of project activities that impact Cost of Care and partnering with business owners and analytics on the identification of emerging cost improvement opportunities
• Administer and configure initiative tracking systems to provide portfolio and initiative level reputed company against cost of care goals
• Leads and facilitates cross functional collaboration discussions with leadership to ideate & prioritize new initiatives with cost savings opportunities
• Analyzes key cost trends with initiative activity to ensure project portfolio activity is appropriately addressing emerging cost opportunities
• Support business area leadership in resource evaluation and planning for future cost savings initiatives
• Partner with project management to ensure appropriate review of Cost of Care project risks, actions, issues, decisions that impact critical cost savings
• Works with key business areas on vendor management strategies and communications reputed company to cost of care project savings

Hours:

• Full Time, 40 hrs per week
• Days

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business Management preferred
• Master’s Degree in a reputed company field is a plus

Salary Range: Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
