Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including reputed company and alumni. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide clear verbal and written communications, and utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information, notating reputed company interactions, and initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and professional response to reputed company written communication

• Utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
• Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
• Update records with reputed company demographic and contact information and accurately notate reputed company interactions
• Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content
• Adhere to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry
• Adhere to the client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attain reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

* High school or equivalent (Required)

• 1 year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation
• Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
• Ability to trouble shoot common computer issues

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.
