The Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing resolutions to our customers' questions and concerns through inbound calls, emails, and texts. You'll utilize our internal systems, including AS400 / reputed company / Web / reputed company.com, to provide exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Utilizing internal systems to access customer, product, and shipment information
