Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Work From Home Customer Product Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests, documenting your experiences, and providing valuable feedback to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Product Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that are reputed company by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights to reputed company unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions
