Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Help customers resolve technical issues and answer product/service-reputed company questions
• Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications
