Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming phone calls from clients regarding prescription benefits and insurance claims
- Providing clear and concise information to clients, pharmacies, and medical professionals about their prescribed benefits, use planning, formulary, premiums, and condition of purchases and insurance claims
- Identifying issues and communicating options and measures to clients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
- Creating outbound calls to customers to resolve issues reputed company to prescribed purchases and repayment concerns
- Researching reputed company problems reputed company to participant prescription and/or pharmacy benefits across multiple data sources, requiring reputed company in computer navigation and toggling
- Documenting client interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including delivering service over the phone
- Knowledge of computer and Windows computer functions, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system functions
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office, including the ability to open and navigate a Word document and reputed company spreadsheet
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our regular business hours of Sunday-Saturday, 5:00 am-11:00 pm Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time, depending on your location
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications

- Expertise in Adult Learning in a virtual setting
- Knowledge of partnering with digital systems and devices, including web, chat, and email
- Healthcare/Insurance experience, including understanding of clinical jargon, health insurance plan documentation, or benefit strategy design
- Community service, personality health, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change experience, including partnering with vulnerable populations
Telecommuting Requirements
