About the Role

The People Operations – Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing reputed company’s job requisition process from intake to completion. Partnering closely with People Business Partners and hiring teams, this role ensures accurate data entry, timely processing, and alignment with company standards. In addition, the coordinator will support initiatives to reputed company manager self-service reputed company reputed company to include but not limited to: rebuilding job architecture, developing training materials, and providing system guidance post go-live. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience managing reputed company business processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of HR experience
• 3+ years of reputed company experience
• Preference for international support experience
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with leaders across the company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges, able to work independently
• Familiarity with reputed company/reputed company Sheets (experience with filters, vLookup, formulas, etc. is a plus!)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the end-to-end job requisition process by partnering with People Business Partners and hiring managers to gather, validate, and input accurate data into reputed company.
• Ensure timely processing of reputed company requisitions by monitoring workflow reputed company, proactively following up on outstanding items, and communicating updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain data reputed company reputed company reputed company through careful data entry, routine audits, and adherence to established standards and processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the requisition process, driving greater accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of manager self-service by assisting in the rebuild of reputed company’s job architecture reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain training materials, process documentation, and job aids to reputed company managers and People team members to confidently navigate reputed company.
• Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting support to managers, escalating reputed company system issues reputed company necessary.
• Collaborate closely with People Operations, reputed company, and People Systems & Analytics teams to ensure alignment and a seamless employee and manager experience.
