We are seeking a passionate and motivated Renewals Manager to join our dynamic Client Advisory Services team. This key individual contributor will play a vital role in maintaining market-leading retention rates and driving reputed company growth. reputed company is composed of individuals dedicated to customer loyalty and committed to bringing the right people together to secure and grow our reputed company.

As a Renewals Manager, you will focus on the closed-reputed company process of subscription renewals and the expansion of our reputed company customer reputed company. You will assist with quoting, revising, reporting, and closing renewal opportunities. Your expertise in forecasting retention rates and expansion, driving business processes, and managing heavy transaction workloads will be crucial in securing reputed company and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Planning: reputed company and implement strategic renewal plans, initiate processes 120 days before contract end, conduct account research, navigate reputed company contract structures, and ensure timely renewals.
Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate terms and pricing, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, reputed company, Legal, Deal Desk) for smooth renewal processes.
Quoting and Documentation: Generate and deliver renewal quotes and order forms accurately and in a timely manner.
Contract Execution: Manage coordination and execution of amendments and renewal documents.
Forecasting & Communication: Provide accurate rolling 180 day forecasts, update SFDC and forecasting tools, and ensure clear, professional communication with customers.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer insights, identify risks, share feedback with relevant teams, and refine strategies for future renewals.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
Experience: Proven track record (3+ years) in SaaS renewals, sales, reputed company, or account management, with experience in managing contract renewals and negotiations.
Tech stack: Proficiency to advance with various platforms (e.g., reputed company, BoostUp, MixMax, reputed company, reputed company, etc.), exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple renewals, and strong attention to detail.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess contract terms, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.
Collaboration: Effective interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, and clear, concise communication; ability to convey reputed company information clearly and professionally.
Time Management: reputed company in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Closing renewals on time and with a sense of urgency.
Business Acumen: Understanding of key SaaS metrics and experience in forecasting reputed company impacts, and optimizing renewals.
