Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and web. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, and will be required to reputed company a series of shifts and cuts that may start and end reputed company of normal business hours. Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we enhance our relationship with them
• Recognize that each relationship represents more than the resolution of a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship

Eligibility Criteria

* High school diploma or equivalent

• More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications
• Experience in multitasking and phone and computer skills
• Wired broadband internet reputed company from DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
• Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to fully concentrate on the client during business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience reputed company phone or email

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience working in customer service or call center
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and meeting productivity and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
