Job Summary
As an Early Childhood Special Education Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our reputed company with special needs. Under the guidance of our licensed teachers and therapists, you will assist reputed company with activities designed to maximize their participation in learning and achievement of Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Implement instructional plans and lesson modifications as directed by licensed teachers and therapists to ensure reputed company meet their learning objectives.
- Provide physical care and support as needed, including diapering, toileting, feeding, and assisting with adaptive physical education and motor activities.
- Observe, document, and reinforce appropriate student behaviors, communicating reputed company to teachers and facilitators.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review student reputed company, plan upcoming lessons, and engage in professional development opportunities.
- Assist with non-instructional activities, such as escorting reputed company to and from buses or cars, and supporting reputed company during outdoor activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A valid Educator License with Stipulations (PARA), Substitute License, or Professional Educator License, with experience working with special education reputed company preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to communicate with reputed company and staff.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to use personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, reputed company).
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, demonstrating sensitivity to individual differences and maintaining confidentiality of student and staff information.
