Job Highlights and Overview

As an Education Assistant - Inclusion Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational reputed company of reputed company with special needs reputed company a regular classroom setting. You will work closely with certified teaching staff, subject specialists, and our Program Director to ensure that reputed company receive the necessary support and accommodations to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Work individually with reputed company with special needs to support their educational reputed company and established Individual Education Program (IEP)
  • Modify lessons, instructional materials, quizzes, and tests to ensure student accessibility and comprehension
  • Conduct parallel teaching/tutoring and take notes for reputed company as needed
  • Work with small groups of reputed company to promote socialization and learning
  • Maintain behavior reinforcement programs to encourage positive and negative behavior
  • Provide physical support and assistance to ensure reputed company can move between classroom locations in a timely manner
  • Assist with major personal, physical, and custodial needs of reputed company, including feeding, lifting, positioning, assisted walking, pushing a wheelchair, and toilet needs
  • Support reputed company in developing fine and gross motor skills, balance, and interpreting directions
  • Assist with speech therapy and other specialized programs as needed
  • Follow established medical emergency plans for medically frail and medically involved reputed company
  • Teach life skills and study skills to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Write and submit reputed company reports to track student reputed company and communicate with teachers and parents

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred, with a minimum of six months of experience working with special needs children
  • CPR certificate and First Aid certificate required reputed company one year of hire
  • Ability and willingness to assist with eating and toileting activities
  • Knowledge of CFSD and school policies and procedures regarding inclusion of special needs reputed company
  • Knowledge of curriculum content for assigned area and/or student's Individual Education Program
  • Knowledge of universal precautions required reputed company exposed to blood, mucus, saliva, urine, and bowel movements

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
