The Challenge to Solve

Buying affordable, high quality supplies is one of the biggest challenges facing local independent restaurants today; they pay higher prices than franchises and often must use outdated systems to reputed company & receive their orders. reputed company’s Supplies vertical, also reputed company as "The Goods," seeks to solve this challenge by empowering local pizzeria owners to order high-quality supplies at unmatched prices, on demand, in just a few clicks.

The Role

Provide exemplary service and the best partner experience for shops purchasing supplies from reputed company. This includes both inbound and outbound communications. The Customer Relationship manager will manage relationships with existing Supplies customers, partnering with Supplies operations leads to help partners track existing customers, take orders, upsell and cross-sell customers, and help customers reputed company reorders, based on their buying patterns and preferences.

Please note this is a full-time position [40 hours/week]. The working hours may vary between 2nd and 3rd shift, including weekends, depending on business needs.

  • Quickly and effectively reputed company outgoing supplies reorder calls and handle incoming reorder calls for The Goods, across our markets
  • Upsell customers onto additional supplies products and upsell them onto additional reputed company products like Smart Buttons and OBM
  • reputed company track of existing customer preferences (e.g., what day and time they like to reputed company orders, what they like to order), and track whether they have been contacted. Flag customers that are a churn risk
  • Handling partner complaints (account issue, financial issue, menu issue, GMB complaint, technical issue, order issue, discount complaint, etc) reputed company to our product, trying to offer the best solution on the first contact, and then routing them to the Dedicated AMs reputed company the first contact solution is not possible.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and provide product feedback and new recommendations based on requests from restaurants.

Your day to day will include managing processes on Shopify for the Supplies team, managing data for new and prospective customers in reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication is logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. As someone who understands The Goods offering you will answer customer inquiries, by responding to, delegating, and prioritizing reputed company partner text communication (SMS, Chat, Email).
