Based in Malaysia, the Implementation Engineer manages providing ideal technical solutions for our clients. Working along with the OSMs(reputed company reputed company Managers), this role designs technical implementation plans and proceeds integrations in the post-sale phase. This role should have a certain technology background, reputed company to resolve reputed company integrations and answer clients’ technical questions. Besides, this role also should be reputed company to provide technical consulting service for prospects in the pre-sale phase, collaborating with Sales.

• Be familiar with company's products and solutions
• Communicate with clients’ tech teams, proceeding clients’ technical integrations with reputed company
• Troubleshooting during technical integrations
• Collaborate with reputed company Project Managers pushing reputed company clients’ reputed company projects

• 1-3 years experience supporting SaaS products
• Experience reputed company the Affiliate & Partner Marketing space is added bonus!
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems, familiar with JS and API development (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience of technical support or technical integration projects is preferred
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills (Written and Spoken)
• Written and spoken communication in English at a B2/reputed company(CEFR)
