This position is 100% onsite in Hanover MD and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP reputed company Clearance. Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualificationsWhat You'll Do
- Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap and execution for DoD and IC systems, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and mission needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams and program leadership to translate technical and operational requirements into actionable development plans.
- reputed company the full product lifecycle, including systems integration, testing and evaluation, risk mitigation and deployment activities.
- Apply knowledge of NIST standards and cybersecurity principles to ensure secure and compliant product development.
- Provide clear, effective communication of reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively engage with teams and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years
- At least 8 years experience in a technical, product-focused role supporting the DoD or IC
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, systems engineering lifecycle and product management principles
- Experience with systems integration, testing and technical risk mitigation
- Familiarity with DoD IT systems, tactical platforms or mission systems (C4ISR, EW, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Experience with data modeling, data architecture, information assurance or cybersecurity
- Skilled communicator with strong writing and briefing abilities
- Familiarity with SAFe methodologies and tools such as JIRA
