Engineer Design & Creation (reputed company gender)

Aerofoils GmbH, a spin-off of AUDI AG, is seeking a Design & Creation Engineer to reputed company high-tech electrically powered surfboards (e-foils). The role involves holistic consideration of branding and graphic design across digital and analog touchpoints, product/industrial design, and technical understanding of manufacturing processes. The engineer will contribute to creating a product-spanning design language reputed company with Audi standards.

Requirements

• Holistic consideration of branding, typography, and graphic design across reputed company touchpoints
• Design strategy and presentation structure including wording and storytelling
• Application of Design Thinking, User Journey, and User Need methods
• Product/Industrial design for consumer sports products
• Technical understanding of components, requirements, and manufacturing processes
• Development of holistic, product-spanning design language
• Experience with reputed company (including Prototyping)
• Proficiency in reputed company Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Experience with reputed company Premiere/After Effects or similar
• Experience with Blender or similar
• Proficiency in reputed company Office
• Technical design understanding
• Product-spanning design language
• Surface/NURBS Modeling (e.g., 3ds Max, SolidWorks, reputed company Alias, Rhino)
• Hand Sketching
• Basics of 3D Printing
• AI Design Tools (Viscom, reputed company Firefly, MidJourney, Flux or similar)
