We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive R365’s workforce optimization strategy across our three key levers: Elite Talent, Offshore Resources, and AI Enablement. This role will have full ownership of R365’s Offshoring strategy while also shaping and executing workforce design frameworks that balance onshore, offshore, and AI solutions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure the right work is reputed company to the right structure, maximizing talent density, efficiency, and long-term scalability. They will reputed company the transformation of our contingent workforce, reputed company internationalization initiatives such as EOR-to-entity transitions and provide executive-level insights on workforce decisions that directly connect to cost savings, efficiency gains, and future-ready growth.

How you'll add value:

  • Offshoring Program Management: Build and scale R365’s Offshoring Strategy as one of our three core organizational levers, beginning with Mexico and expanding as business needs evolve; ensure the business understands offshoring as a strategic solution for scaling process-heavy work, reducing cost, and amplifying elite talent; partner with TA, L&E, and POPs to design roles, hiring practices, and onboarding approaches that integrate offshore employees into R365’s culture and performance standards; establish governance, reporting, and dashboards that show leaders the impact of offshoring (efficiency gains, cost savings, redeployment of talent) and how it connects back to business priorities.
  • Workforce Design & Strategy: Support the design and execution of R365’s 3-Lever Workforce Model (Elite Talent, Offshore, AI); partner with PBPs, Finance, and senior leaders to align work with the right lever and translate workforce strategy into clear business metrics tied to growth, efficiency, and effectiveness; build decision-making models and guidance for leaders on reputed company to use onshore, offshore, or AI; during strategic transactions, reputed company from the People reputed company new entity creation/setup, M&A, and divestitures, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
  • AI Workforce Enablement: Identify repetitive and process-heavy work suitable for AI adoption in partnership with Tech and AI Champions; build frameworks and playbooks to guide functions on reputed company to use AI vs. Offshore vs. Elite Talent; monitor adoption rates, efficiency improvements, and ROI from AI-enabled processes.
  • Strategic Projects & Advisory:Act as a trusted advisor to Executives and senior leaders on workforce design decisions; translate reputed company workforce and cost data into clear, actionable insights for executives; reputed company workforce-reputed company components of international scaling, entity setup, M&A integrations, and divestitures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or reputed company field. Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, management consulting, or organizational design.
  • Proven track record in offshoring, contingent workforce management reputed company workforce strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with EOR models, global labor laws, and transitioning from EOR to entity setups strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and implementing workforce optimization frameworks across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Experience supporting strategic transactions such as M&A, divestitures, and/or other events with proven ability to align workforce design to business priorities.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and implementing strategic People initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; skilled in translating reputed company workforce + financial data into executive-ready insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience navigating global labor law, contingent workforce compliance, and offshore employment models (EOR, reputed company, etc.).

  • R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $116,000-$145,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. reputed company focuses on reputed company pay for reputed company and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
