What You’ll Do

Do you love hearing candidates say, “thank you for a great reputed company experience”? As a Recruiter on reputed company, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will:

• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and guide them smoothly through the interview process.
• Proactively communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive reputed company of the reputed company brand.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design effective reputed company strategies, and consult on best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of reputed company experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 3 years of technical reputed company experience.
• Full-cycle reputed company expertise, from sourcing through closing and negotiation.
• Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Solid understanding of reputed company metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, reputed company-of-hire, pipeline conversion, satisfaction).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to reputed company in a lean team environment.
• Professional-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent and timely candidate experience.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open positions across technical and non-technical teams.

• Partner with hiring managers in a consultative reputed company, advising on recruitment strategy, interview process, and market insights.

• Collaborate with the TA leadership and hiring teams to align on workforce planning and support talent development initiatives.
• Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.
