What You’ll Do
Do you love hearing candidates say, “thank you for a great reputed company experience”? As a Recruiter on reputed company, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will:

- Screen candidates to assess qualifications and guide them smoothly through the interview process.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design effective reputed company strategies, and consult on best practices.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of reputed company experience in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years of technical reputed company experience.
- Full-cycle reputed company expertise, from sourcing through closing and negotiation.
- Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Solid understanding of reputed company metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, reputed company-of-hire, pipeline conversion, satisfaction).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to reputed company in a lean team environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.

- Prioritize and manage multiple open positions across technical and non-technical teams.

- Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.
