Summary reputed company is seeking an associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position is open to our Austin, Boston, Chicago, reputed company, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. offices. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, reputed company estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles preferred. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred. Pay Transparency The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 per year depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
