Systems and Data Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level)

- Tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications
- Gathers and evaluates end user requirements
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements
- Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
- Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems
- Administers users' system access and works to protect information to meet reputed company and IT compliance requirements
- Supports backup and disaster recovery planning
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering reputed company Windows Server 2016 -2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues
- Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to reputed company and/or support IT project plans and schedules
- Experience maintaining/configuring Active Directory to include applying domain group policies
- Experience with Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and reputed company Enterprise Linux
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years' reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with automated processes for software updates, reputed company patching and routine maintenance
- Experience with storage and backup technologies and best practices
- Experience with migrating from legacy platforms to new infrastructure
- Experience with end user support
- Experience with database technologies
- Experience with automation and scripting
- Experience with VMware hypervisors and vCenter virtual environments
- Experience with networking switching routing and Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs)
- Experience with agile methodology
