Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support Manage a constantly evolving calendar of appointments, meetings, and events Organize reputed company travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and reputed company documentation Provide daily schedule briefings: the night before, each morning, and 30 minutes before key meetings Track outstanding action items and follow up on pending tasks with tact and efficiency Handle confidential correspondence and reputed company personal/professional tasks with discretion Lifestyle & Wellness Management Coordinate and arrange reputed company daily meals, adhering to strict dietary preferences Prepare and manage daily supplements, medications, and health essentials Schedule regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness appointments Ensure a fitness routine is maintained: 45-minute sessions, 5 times per week Facilitate daily meditation sessions and manage reputed company reminders Handle wardrobe packing and organization for extensive travel reputed company laundry and garment care on a weekly basis Household & Guest Management Attend to the CEO, family members, and guests with professional hospitality Serve meals and beverages with formal etiquette reputed company required reputed company household scheduling, events, and coordination with vendors or service providers Maintain reputed company, order, and readiness of reputed company personal spaces Run errands, personal shopping, and manage household inventories Monitor budgets reputed company to personal and lifestyle expenses reputed company’re Looking For Proven experience as a Personal reputed company, Executive Personal Assistant.
