Senior Manager, Portfolio Planning

We are seeking a Portfolio Planning Senior Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Portfolio Management, to reputed company on the planning of the reputed company Corporate Portfolio for the United States and Canada region. The Portfolio Management team is a strategic partner to the business. As part of reputed company’s Enterprise Operations team, we plan, execute, and implement real estate and spatial solutions to support reputed company's rapid growth and needs as the business continues to evolve and expand globally. The Portfolio Planning role will focus on planning and analyzing reputed company's existing and planned corporate locations reputed company the UCAN region. Responsible for creating and managing a robust developed timeline and workflow of decision dates, overlaying portfolio health, reputed company the corporate portfolio. Responsible for business validation memos, executive-facing presentations, and documents. Ensures critical dates, milestones, and decision workflows reputed company end-to-end projects align with portfolio demands, working closely with the Program Delivery function. Ensures the appropriate documentation is written and supported for site/location decisions in longer-term real estate planning. Proactively partners with Workplace and the Lease Management team to monitor reputed company buildings/landlords, surrounding buildings and markets to map any potential opportunities (expansions, relocations, renegotiations). Manages a team of space and occupancy planners, largely responsible for planning and executing allocation/migration scenarios reputed company the UCAN portfolio. Responsible for ensuring day-to-day business needs are met regarding headcount, space demand, and neighborhood planning. Liaise, influence, and build relationships with local/regional business partners to ensure their business’ allocation, adjacency and spatial needs are met, validating yearly headcount projections and short-term spatial programming/technical requirements. Responsible for proactively analyzing, tracking and reporting space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes and space requirements. Requirements/Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Corporate Real Estate/Portfolio Planning, Client/Business Relations, Communications, Architecture, Interior Architecture or Space Planning 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, finance, client/business relations, workplace strategy, occupancy and space planning 5+ years of people management experience; leading a team of high performers Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment High degree of flexibility and the ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task Proficiency in reputed company Suite, specifically Sheets and Slides Experience with CAFM systems (preferably Serraview/Eptura) Knowledge of reputed company requirements and building codes Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents Preferred Requirements Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including with executive-level leadership Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, deadline-oriented environment Be a resilient leader with a can-do attitude. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
