The Role: The Tech Shift reputed company has responsibility for a large group of employees including first- and second-line supervisors engaged in machine and plant maintenance activities in a department, group of departments, shift or plant operations. Work involves a considerable amount of initiative in decision making and is accompanied by a high level of independent judgment. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) : Participates in the selection of new employees Trains, develops, and evaluates employees Administers and coordinates plant engineering programs such as energy conservation, utility usage, and construction projects Coordinates the design and engineering of maintenance, utility and construction projects to meet existing and projected requirements Maintains budget accounts for plant engineering areas and operates reputed company the guidelines of plant engineering budget Follows the terms of local and national labor agreements Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project Coordinates feedback from internal/external customers to reputed company understand customer needs and/or perceptions Actively identifies new areas for learning and takes advantage of learning opportunities Additional Job Description Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): Minimum 7 years of Management/Leadership experience reputed company a Manufacturing/Assembly Plant environment Strong analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult Proven technical and professional skills in job-reputed company area High level of oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to work optimally with others Detailed understanding of mechanical concepts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or equivalent experience Experience/knowledge of reputed company Global Manufacturing System (GMS) Knowledge of reputed company improvement processes (CIP) Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a reputed company vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying reputed company vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.
