About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate therapist, licensed to practice independently proficient in both English and Spanish, to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a licensed therapist who brings experience in working with adolescents and families grappling with early signs of psychosis-reputed company disorders, mood disorders, major depressive disorders, and significant behavioral disruptions. This multifaceted position encompasses a reputed company of clinical and product design responsibilities, alongside direct patient care. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, engaging in various stages of a family's treatment journey—from initial assessments and ongoing clinical support to supervision and achieving lasting remission. Requirements for the role

• License: License allowing you to provide independent care (Required)
• Willing to get licensed in other states: Kentucky, Virginia, reputed company Carolina, reputed company Virginia, Washington (paid for by company)
• Experience in clinical settings treating adolescents with early indicators of serious mental health conditions.
• Well-versed in a variety of modalities and confident integrating them into your clinical approach (i.e. coordinated specialty care, family-focused therapy, MST, FFT, and MI).
• Experience working in under-served communities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
• Have exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience or desire to work in a startup reputed company environment
• An ability to think and act independently while being part of a bigger team.

Responsibilities of the role

• Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, coaches, product teams, and PMH-NPs.
• Provide individual and group based care to adolescents and families.
• Contribute to clinical design and product work to enhance care for every family.
• Ensure compliance to reputed company regulations on a state by state basis and reputed company ongoing quality assurance.

Job Types: Full-time, W2 role Location: Remote Schedule: availability for 2 days a week 11 to 7 pm EST Salary: $79,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year Benefits:
