Essential Job Responsibilities Provide elevated concierge style customer service Set-up meeting rooms as specified reputed company walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that reputed company conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies Clean pantry and kitchen as needed Provide support for miscellaneous requests and reputed company services Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks Set up conference rooms for meetings Greet and direct guests to their conference room Order lunches for meetings. Backfill for receptionist Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred Prior experience supporting hospitality needs in a professional business environment such as a law firm or other professional services preferred Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load reputed company of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time Working knowledge of reputed company, Outlook, Word, and reputed company Preferred Shift: 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m Monday to Friday The Compensation range for this role is 17.95 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
