Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience; 1-2 years of reputed company experience desired
• Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to type 25 wpm and work in a HIPAA-compliant environment
