Job Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner using reputed company Workforce Now
• Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions
• Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company billing transactions and prepare billing reports
• Collaborate closely with HR, plants, and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations

Requirements

• Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly with reputed company Workforce Now
• Deep understanding of payroll regulations and billing procedures
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with corporate internal controls
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and billing
