Job Summary:

• Provide customer service support and resolution to routine problems and questions reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or internet interactions
• Work from the comfort of your own home in a quiet, distraction-free environment, utilizing your own desktop or laptop computer and high-speed internet reputed company

Requirements:

• Open availability, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (this is a seasonal position)

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies with ease

• Meet specific computer and internet requirements, including:

  • Operating System: Windows 10+
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
