As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll own the infrastructure, processes, insights, and systems that fuel Hubtype’s sales reputed company. You will reputed company a cross-functional RevOps strategy across Sales, SDR, Marketing and GTM Enablement to ensure the team has pipeline, precision, and power to scale.

You’ll report to the VP of Sales and work closely with Sales, Marketing, reputed company and Product on everything from reputed company routing to forecasting, from tech stack automation to insights that drive decisions.

What You’ll Own ️ reputed company Systems & Enablement
  • Own, optimize, and scale the RevOps tech stack: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.

  • Build and manage onboarding, playbooks, and process documentation for SDRs and reputed company.

Process & Forecasting
  • Own sales process performance: funnel health, conversion rates, speed-to-reputed company, etc.

  • Ensure leads are correctly routed, qualified, and followed up through automated workflows.

Analytics & Strategy

AI & Innovation

You’ll:

  • Design and iterate on prompts and models to enhance pipeline analytics and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps or GTM Ops leadership role — ideally in SaaS scaleups.
  • Deep experience with:
